A dedicated Project Manager was engaged by McDowall Affleck to provide an Options Analysis to determine the best course of action for Boral relating to a clay shed which suffered damage to approximately 10% of its roof area (approx 4000sqm) in a storm. The tasks were to scope the options available for Boral for the short, medium and long term for the clay shed and itemise the capital expenditure potentially needed. We were required to collate a schedule of proposed works including budget estimates, planning approval requirements and a time table (Gantt Chart). The provision of Project Management services was to oversee the successful completion of any of the following options (or combinations),  for the existing clay shed restoration, replacement, removal, and/or relocation.
