Gradewest Pty Ltd engaged McDowall Affleck to be the Project Managers for the delivery of their 28 lot subdivision in Wellard. We managed the project from WAPC approval, engaging all consultants including environmental consultants and auditors, surveyors, geotechnical engineers, as well as managing McDowall Affleck engineering works utilising a different internal project manager. We negotiated with the adjoining landowner and rezoned a section of land within the development and increased the yield to 37 lots.
