Besides some structural complexity associated with providing wide open spaces within each unit, this residential development required close assessment of waterproofing requirements due to presence of pool and internal water features. Through rigorous coordination with the architect and the Developer, we were able to achieve economical design solution without the need to compromise on any architectural or Client’s requirements.
