Perth Airport is planning to develop their Airport Central Retail Precinct in readiness for future leasing to tenants. McDowall Affleck was engaged to assist the development project by designing the external and internal roads networks, drainage, sewer and water reticulation along with electrical and telecommunication designs with our sub consultants.

The scope of work included design and documentation of site clearing, earthworks and drainage; sewer and water reticulation; underground power and telecommunications; roundabout and roads to suit future commercial developments.

The project challenge was to ensure that the long term car park was always operational during the construction period.

The ability to utilise our structural team at McDowall Affleck to complete additional tasks outside the initial scope of works enabled a fast response and service, while delivering the project within our client’s timeframe and budget.
