John Groppoli has experience as ASX NED and as an Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working with SMEs. His corporate, board and legal consultancy roles have provided substantial experience in relation to; Strategic (legal and risk management) planning, ownership transition and succession planning – private family structures, corporate governance and board advisory processes, mergers and acquisitions, national and international franchise, licence and supply arrangements (wholesale and retail distribution networks). John is skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, SME Management and Business Development. John graduated with a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Western Australia and is Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
