Our Managing Director, Michael Ferritto, and the Director of Client Services, Alberto Puccini, have taken building and maintaining great client relationships to a new level. They are in Italy for 10 days meeting current and potential clients at their offices. It’s a shame that Michael doesn’t drink hot beverages as Italy is the home of “fantastic” coffee as Alberto will tell you.
