John Groppoli has experience as an ASX NED and as an Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working with SMEs. His corporate, board and legal consultancy roles have provided substantial experience in relation to:
- Strategic (legal and risk management) planning
- Ownership transition and commercial succession planning
- Corporate governance and board advisory processes
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- National and international wholesale, franchise and retail distribution networks importation
John is skilled in SME Business Planning, Management and Business Development. John graduated with a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor Of Laws from The University of Western Australia and is Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
