Rob Smith has re-joined the McDowall Affleck family this month as a Principal Civil Engineer after working with us previously between February 2020 and April 2021 and between 2011 and 2014. Rob is highly skilled in civil engineering with specific experience in superintendence on civil and land development projects, client liaison, project design and management, managing regulatory requirements, negotiations with councils and other regulatory authorities, and design and documentation of drainage, road, sewer, water supply and other civil works.
