Leisure Time Pty Ltd engaged McDowall Affleck to undertake project management of their 43 lot subdivision of the old Springvale Caravan Park in High Wycombe. The development of the caravan park required the entire site to be demolished including removal of all existing services and amenities as well as disposal of equipment and rubbish left by tenants. We managed the project from WA Planning Commission approval, engaging all consultants including McDowall Affleck engineering design utilising a different internal project manager.
