Leading on from a Structural inspection of the fire damaged Deanmill in Manjimup, McDowall Affleck was engaged to oversee the client’s chosen local contractors for the project. Our McDowall Affleck Project Manager remained on-site during construction, ably handling issues that arose and, with the help of the team in Perth, preventing them from causing significant delays or increases in costs.

The builder completed inspections at appropriate times and liaised with the on-site Project Manager, Perth team, and client to ensure all parties were satisfied with the work. The client was suitably pleased with the end result and has since referred more work to McDowall Affleck.
